About Us

The diving center is located directly on the beach of the Giftun Azur Resort, only a few meters away from the resort owned jetty where our boats are. As one of the first and old-established hotels in Hurghada the resort was completely renovated and improved in all parts in 1998.

The results are remarkable and make this popular resort a jewel for families and a home for exciting diving holidays at the Red Sea.

Likewise friendly and family orientated is the service at our diving center. The structure of the center fits in an ideal way all requirements of the scuba diving sport and you will find a perfectly organized center with a relaxing, cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

The structure and organization of the center and our boats is specially made for safe diving and you will find besides modern and well cared-for equipment a lot of space for relaxing.

For those divers who are not staying at the Giftun Azur Resort we have our own free shuttle bus service for a relaxed transport to and from James & Mac diving center.

CDWS (Chamber of Diving and Watersports)

We are an accredited member of CDWS. All CDWS member dive operators have met ISO standards EN 14467 / ISO 24803 for diving to ensure your diving safety.
