Various places to dive, thermocline about 30 ft. Visibly @ 20 ft. Several areas for beginners with visual references and lines.

We dove this lake in July 2018. Very nice dive park it has sunken VW several boats of various sizes and also a airplane. Very nice diving conditions and beautiful lake. Thermocline at about 30' gets pretty cold after that. Also took a dive at the bluffs they were also impressive. Visibility was 20'-25' and temp was 80 down to 30 then dropped to mid 50's below that.

Nice beginner boat dive at the foundation. See the Lost Bridge Marina website. They have a map showing the foundation site as well as others. The foundation is just that an old foundation < 10' from the surface. Good place to tie the boat up. Look NE at the radio tower and swim toward it. About 50' out there is a bus underwater 15-20'. The inside has been gutted so it's easy to swim through.

There is a cove that is formed by indian creek road, hwy 187 and a day use area that has a TON of shore diving, at the north end of the day use area, there is an unpaved parking area that is the access to a dive platform with a boat sunk off each corner. The local dive shop is always helpful http://www.candjsports.com/ by far my favorite lake to dive at :)

Bluff site. Great beginner site. Small statues of pigs, eagles, etc. at various depths. Parking limited. Must carry equipment a few hundred feet, but worth it. Not crowded, but busy.

There are several dive sites available from shore and more available from boats. Vis usually runs 15 to 20 feet. There is a thermo-cline usually around 30 feet. If you don't like cold water, stay above the thermo-cline. Safe diving!
