Het is allemaal in 1994 begonnen, toen John en Björn kennis maakte met het duiken. Door die duikervaring zijn wij helemaal gefascineerd geraakt met alles in en rondom het water. Deze ervaring heeft aan de basis van het ontstaan van “Duikcentrum Den Helder” gestaan.

John en Björn zijn PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers. Duikcentrum Den Helder geeft allerlei soorten PADI duikopleidingen: van Open Water Diver tot en met Divemaster training. Daarnaast kun je veel verschillende PADI specialties en het Master Scuba Diver brevet ook bij ons verkrijgen.

Het doel is om zoveel mogelijk mensen enthousiast te maken en hun ogen te openen voor een compleet nieuwe wereld onderwater.

ALFA DIVE is a PADI dive center near Alkmaar. Where you professional guidance can get your diving license. But also for the advanced training we have the knowledge. The courses are held in our own classroom in Egmond aan den hoof. We also have a private pool vulstation.De classes are held at Motel Akersloot where the average water temperature is 31 degrees. In the PADI Open Water Diver course you will be trained for independent and allowed to dive. If you are interested look further on the site for the date and registration / contact form.

In onze PADI duikwinkel hebben we niet alleen materialen voor duikers, maar ook voor snorkelen hebben we alles in huis. Ga je op vakantie naar Curaçao, Bonaire of een andere tropisch oord waar je mooi kunt snorkelen? Dan hebben wij de materialen voor je. Snorkelen is fantastisch. Je hoeft niet altijd te duiken om van de onderwaterwereld te genieten op jouw vakantieadres.

Divection Duikopleidingen bestaat sinds 2002. In 2006 zijn we verhuisd naar de Sportstraat en in 2019 naar het De Mirandabad. Omdat Amsterdam een stad met veel jonge mensen is en de meeste van onze Divemasters en instructeurs in het buitenland hebben gewerkt zijn de meeste cursisten en instructeurs tussen de 20 en 40 jaar oud. We hebben geen winkel met openingstijden. We willen ons specialiseren in duiken, dat is de hobby en passie van al onze instructeurs.

We zijn een PADI 5* Instructor Development Center. Dat houdt in dat we ook instructeurs opleiden. PADI is wereldwijd de grootste duikopleidingsorganisatie.

Divection beschikt over een twintigtal moderne duikuitrustingen en de mooiste zwembaden van Amsterdam

Divection also teaches all courses in English. Most of our Instructors have worked on dive resorts all over the world and have taught courses in English on a daily basis. Since our students are often expats or university students and have no difficulty in understanding English, it's no problem for you to join a regular group, we'll just switch the language to English.
Keep in mind that we are a diveschool, not a dive shop. So we are regularly out diving and not able to answer your question straight away. Do feel free to give us a call, we are happy to speak to you.
