Doing a dive safari is an excellent way to see more of Cebu / Philippines, cutting down travel time as you will be staying overnight near the dive site, and visit areas where there other tourists are far and few. You will be arriving in several dive locations where you the customer pick and choose your favorite dive sites. All safaris end up in the afternoon in a Resort or Hotel.

We are a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Resort, with PADI number S-25403. We teach a broad spectrum of PADI courses including a lot of specialty courses to choose from. We believe in proper training, best practices sharing, and continuous learning from each other to make the best of every dive that we organize and undertake. Our primary medium of instruction is English. At the moment, we do not speak any other language other than English, Tagalog, Cebuano and Hiligaynon.

We are specialist in teaching the PADI system of education from entry level all the way to the instructor level and even beyond.

Warm tropical water, a colorful marine life, deep walls and a vibrant marine eco system lure scuba divers from all over the world to Moalboal. 

On every dive spot you have good chances to see turtles, barracuda, schools of sardines and sometimes other big fish like jacks and tuna.

Additionally, colorful reef dwellers like parrot-, trumpet- and cuttlefish, angel fishes, batfishes and so on are found on every dive. 

There is also a chance to see some whitetip and blacktip sharks at Pescador Island and Ronda Marine Park. Even whale shark encounters are not uncommon. 

Boats head out to the nearby dive spots several times a day. Additionally, regular night dives are conducted at 6:30 pm.

 In between the boat dives you can do shore dives in front of the dive center. Diving at the house reef is just excellent. It consists of a shallow plateau totally covered with corals that leads to an impressive drop-off with a steep wall plummeting to depth of more than 50 meters (170 feet). The whole reef is covered with hard and soft corals and is inhabited by typical reef dwellers and lots of turtles.

Our resort is just what it name implies, lovely and build by divers for divers. 20 rooms and bungalows are set in an idyllic tropical garden, surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. 

The secluded, intimate beach resort is located on the quiet southern end of Panagsama Beach, in front of the teeming coral reef, surrounded by tropical flora. 

Next to accommodation the resort offers a sea view restaurant, a swimming pool, free Wifi connection and a little spa.

Sidive is a well established dive centre in Mactan. We started operations in 2005 and have been located inside Kontiki Marina since 2017. 

We specialise in teaching PADI courses from the PADI Open Water diver course up to Divemaster. We also run dive trips to the various dive sites around the Mactan area and carry out Discover Scuba Dives on a daily basis.

Dive Lab moved to Moalboal in August 2022 and is operating.

Philippine Fun Divers, Inc. is a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Resort. We opened our doors February 2008. Our location is along the famous 800m long Alona Beach (more or less at the center) in Panglao, Bohol, Philippines and we are in coexistence with Lost Horizon Beach Dive Resort (57 rooms). 

This location is very important in order to enjoy quick access to the ocean water. Since the reef ledge is in average 280m away from the shoreline, all dives are boat dives. Boat dives with our two 62 feet traditional Filipino Banca boats ‘Kaido’ and ‘Raku’ are usually conducted as day trips with two to three dives at different spots. The following dive sites are on our day trip list: Balicasag Island, Cabilao Island, Pamilacan Island and a few dive sites along the shores of Panglao Island, i.e. Doljo point and Puntod Island. With our two speedboats ‘Hayabusa’ and ‘Seeadler’ we venture out for single dives and PADI course dives. Night dives and early morning dives along our famous house reef are also conducted with our speedboats.

For PADI confined water training sessions, we are using a training pool within Lost Horizon Beach Dive Resort and soon another one at the new academy. We offer all PADI regular courses from experience courses like Bubble Maker or Discover Scuba Diver, entry level courses such as Open Water Course or Advanced Course, more advanced courses such as Rescue Diver and the first two professional courses Divemaster and Assistant Instructor until Instructor Development Courses. Specialty courses like EANx/Nitrox, Deep Diver, Sidemount, Digital Underwater Photography, Equipment Specialist, Night Diver, Search & Recovery, AWARE, etc. are also great continuing education undertakings we conduct at any requested time. We teach all courses in English, German, Japanese, Filipino, French, Spanish and Italian. 

Soon, we will be able to provide you with a separate center (The Martial Arts & Sports Academy Bohol) for Instructor Development Courses and other Padi courses. This academy will also include 14 Room Accommodations, a Bistro/Bar with an attached Restaurant, a Fitness Center, and a Dojo/Dojang with various Martial Arts Systems, and more.

Exotic Island Dive Resort is a PADI 5* IDC on Malapascua Island, Philippines.

Malapascua is known to offer some of the best shark diving in the Philippines, with thresher shark sightings throughout the year at Monad Shoal. This is said to be the only place in the world where these sharks can be seen within recreational diver limits on a regular basis.

We have spacious Filipino style banka boats as well as a speed boat, offer coffee, tea and drinking water, shaded areas, ample space to set up your gear, and of course we carry first aid kits, phones and oxygen.

Our dive center consists of dedicated classrooms, large rinsing area, dedicated diver training pool, private equipment room, rental equipment room and camera area. Our speed boat can accommodate up to 8 divers, our dive jeep can accommodate up to 10 divers and our dive bangka boat can carry 12 divers. 

This region offers diving for every level of diver from beginner to professional photographer. The Dauin coast is famous for muck diving where you can find an array of critters that are no doubt on your diving wish list. Apo Island offers stunning corals reefs, abundant marine life and is a protected turtle sanctuary. The walls at Sumilon give you the chance to dive with reef sharks and if you are lucky spot a passing whale shark. 

Our resort consists of 14 beach facing rooms, bar & restaurant, 2 swimming pools, billiard table, chill out space and co-work space. The liveaboard cabins all have en-suite private bathrooms with hot water showers and include: Lower Deck Double bed and Twin bed cabins, 2 cabins with Double beds, 4 cabins with Twin beds, and 2 cabins with Twin beds that can be converted to Double beds. Each cabin contains individual temperature control and fan, portholes, towels, bathrobes, shower gel, safe, wardrobe, mirror, reading lights, 220V and 2-pin sockets with adaptors available, luggage space and an in-cabin entertainment systems.

The liveaboard Philippine Siren offers many between-dive activities such as movies, audio-video entertainment, as well as a big flat screen in the lounge and a library in the air conditioned Main Saloon. For some extra action, go Snorkeling, Kayaking or take a Shore Excursion. They also have an on-board shop where you can buy accessories. In a relaxed environment, coupled with good fun, let our multilingual Diving Instructor's teach you the necessary skills to safely enjoy your first underwater experience or upgrade your current diving education. Our new students will learn the basics of diving including theory and confined water skills, working up to the open water dive site itself. For those already certified, learning new skills under the direct supervision of a Diving Instructor will give you more confidence to fully enjoy your future dives. Warm and clear water, multicolor seascapes, and a myriad of colorful fish to show you the way. Start or upgrade your diving education under the direct supervision of our multilingual, experienced diving instructors. Everyday, Daily Dive Trips are scheduled on board our fast and spacious traditional Filipino dive "Bangkas" either to Mactan area or upon request to the more remote dive spots like Cabilao & Balicasag islands or Cuatro Islas, Malapascua Island, Cebu, Limasawa Island and Leyte. According to our strategic location, straight in the center of the East side of Cebu island, reach the dive sites is a matter of several minutes to a couple of hours which may be used to polish suntan or enjoy the landscape. With a few exceptions due to currents, most of the dives may be enjoyed from beginners to experienced divers.
