Nesima Diving Center operates in Dahab, with plenty of fantastic dive sites for both beginner and experienced divers.

Located 90 km north of Sharm el Sheikh, the Dahab dive sites are truly wonderful and there is something on offer for all experience levels. The crystal clear waters and warm temperatures make many of the sites perfect for learning to dive whilst the world famous sites of the Blue Hole and Canyon are exciting dives for the experienced diver.

Dahab dive sites combine coral gardens with reef walls, arches and canyons where you will find a rich variety of marine life. All of the dive sites, including the world famous Blue Hole, are accessed by shore or boat and can be dived at most times of the day, depending on wind conditions. Nesima Diving Center offers full day excursions by camel to Ras Abu Galum in the north, as well as boat diving trips to the more current-exposed reefs of Gabr El Bint in the south.

MY Amelie is a traditional wooden yacht built in the shipyards of Alexandria Egypt; a platform for the restless modern-day adventurers who want to get a glimpse of the underwater beauty of Red Sea.

The Amelie's trips were scheduled in a way that the dive sites can be dived at the ideal time. When building this liveaboard the goal was to build something unique, not only in design, but also in service.

The Amelie is 75 feet (23m) long and 20 feet (6m) wide;  was crafted in 1995 and underwent a total overhaul in  2019.  Attention has been given to every little detail of the Amelie to ensure that your dream dive holiday becomes reality. The Amelie mission is to make the guest forget that he is on a boat, by offering the best there is in diving and spare-time activities.

Amelie can accommodate 12 guests in 6 comfortable cabins located on the lower deck , each with twin bunk-beds, storage space, charging area and port-hole windows. There are also 2 shared bathrooms with freshwater showers.    On the main deck is featured the indoor saloon with the dining area, drinks station and comfortable sofas; for the sun seeker are available many areas of the boat among which there is the top deck whit comfy mattresses to lounge on .

Food as one of the basic human needs plays a crucial role in any dive holiday because it provides both sustenance, strength and pleasure. Therefore the designers of the trips paid special attention to the food offering. Divers created the menu because they know which food will provide strength and energy during a dive safari. Our offer at land diving courses has no comparison with the external reefs. The various diving places are reached within 20-60 minutes with our air-conditioned mininbus. Accompanied by our experienced dive guides and helpers the land diving course are the best alternative to boat or house reef diving.

Who Are We?

Chloe’s diving center was established in 2015 as a PADI certified membership, we have helped thousands of divers from around the world to get certified and help new people to discover and Experience the sport of scuba diving. We're proud to be a 5 star rated PADI Diving Center.

We have a diverse team of professional scuba divers, all of them whom speaks at least 2 to 4 languages, that languages being English, German, Russian & French. All of our team and dive center are clarified to work from the local authorities.

The maximum depth you will dive to will depend on your certification and experience levels. Beginners and open water divers are usually limited to 18 meters and the maximum depth for recreational diving in the Egyptian Red Sea is 40 meters. Egyptian government policy is also not to allow unguided diving, so all dives must have a qualified dive guide licensed by the authorities. Due to this we keep the ratios of divers to guides down. We can arrange private guides for you for a small extra charge if you wish it. We have a maximum group size of six divers per dive guide, although there is usually less and we will do our best to match up people of similar levels, certification.

Diving among friends is a small, family dive center managed by Ute Renung in the heart of Hurghada. For 20 years we have been offering daily trips to the 50 most beautiful dive sites such as Umm Gammar, Carless Reef, Erg Somaya... On request we can organize special tours to the legendary wrecks of Abu Nuhas, early morning dives or night dives. Padi courses from introductory diving to divemaster are of course possible with us. Our well-trained staff attaches great importance to safety and environmental protection, but we also don't neglect to have fun.

The diving centre uses new Mares diving and snorkelling equipment, and our facilities include a large shop and reception area, equipment washing and storage facilities, toilets and showers and a classroom, equipped to guide you through your diving course using the latest audio visual training aids.

The location of the resort within the Wadi Gamal National Park protected area means that we can offer a wide range of diving and snorkelling trips, our regular program includes dives from the house reef, shore dives from local bays reachable by minibus, full day trips by hardboat, special excurions also include dives within the National Park area of Wadi Gamal, trips to Elphinstone, Dolphin House (Sh'aab Samaday) and Dugong Bay (Marsa Abu Dabbab), each dive spot has special attractions, and we have dive sites suitable for all levels of experience. Once you check in at Dahab Divers Lodge you will get an orientation briefing of Dahab and the Dive Center facilities. The sitting area under a wooden shade with ceiling fans, surrounded by some beautiful plants invites the divers to stay, chill out and have some good laughs and conversations after a great day diving. Another opportunity to relax, write your logbook or study some dive theory, is the Bedouin seating area in front of the small kitchen.

We limit the amount of divers to a maximum of six per dive-guide and we make sure that everyone in the group has about the same level of dive experience.

Our facilities provide new and well maintained dive equipment and gets serviced regularly, just like our on site BAUER compressor.

A big rinsing pool with separate pools for booties and regulators as well as lockers and hangers for your dive gear are provided. Furthermore we offer a 24 hour security service.

The spacious classroom for the dive theory sessions is equipped with fan, TV and dvd player, PADI materials and a whiteboard.

The experienced dive team at Dahab Divers Lodge is not only FUN and knowledgeable but considering safety first, all our dive staff are medic first aid trained. We are also extremely approachable for any questions or requests, diving- or non-diving related, to make sure your Dahab holiday is just what you were looking for.

The location close to the Lighthouse allows us to kit up in the Dive Center, load the gear on a trolly and in no time we can descent and enjoy the stunning marine life of the Lighthouse Reef. This is especially comfortable if you have not been diving for a while and need a Scuba Review, or if you are participating in a PADI entry level course, as there is a perfect confined area to learn or refresh your diving skills in a safe environment with pool like conditions.

Also non- divers are welcome to join us on a day out to just chill out in the sun in one of the laid back Bedouin Restaurants. If you are interested in snorkeling you will certainly get a separate briefing from our dive professional and also some advice on techniques and where to find the most interesting marine life.

We at Dahab Divers Lodge are passionate about diving and the underwater world and want to share this passion with our guests. We are aiming at educating our divers to become the advocates of this beautiful and fragile environment. The diving in the Sharm El Sheikh area runs from Ras Mohammed at the tip of the Sinai peninsula all the way to to the Straits of Tiran Reefs (in the Gulf of Aqaba) on the northern east coast.

This area benefits from the shelter of the land and conditions are usually calm to moderate, unlike the western coast of Sinai which can get rough, as the winds blow down the length of the Gulf of Suez.

The entire area is under the protection of the Ras Mohammed national park therefore do not touch the coral or feed the fish otherwise you may find yourselves with a ticket from the rangers. Wherever you dive around the Sinai you are in for some excitement, fantastic coral and great diving.
