The Austro-Hungarian Lloyd liner "BRIONI" was build 1909 at Cantiere Navala Triestino, Monfalcone. She was 68,4m long, 9,5m wide with 1111 BRT. On the 02nd of February 1930 she struck the Island of Ravnik due to bad weather and navigation msitake. At that time she was owned by Societa di Navigazione a Vapore Puglia, Bari. The wreck is lying on it´s portside in very good conditions. Be careful! - during the last years some divers lost their lifes, diving the "BRIONI". You have to make an open water descent using a rope. -GS, Big Blue Dive Academy- Wreck Brioni is also known as Island Ravnik.
