Nice black corals along the drop-off. We dive the underwater cheminey (entrance is approx 19m deep, top near 5m deep) on the northwest side. Its a pinnacle that sticks out of the water about 6 meters. underwater you swim around in about 30 minutes. outside you also have big boulders and more pinnacles. often visited by whaleshark. many barracudas and loads of trevallis swimming around. big groupers and many school fish all around the place. very interesting dive site. Hin Bai is located 8 nautical miles north of Ko Pha-Ngan and 12 nautical miles southeast of Ko Tao. Hin Bai is also known as Sail Rock.
