A different Dive. Since this is a point, it juts out into the straight. The currents can be very strong here. Ensure you have a dive flag on the surface as there is heavy boat traffic. Seal colony on the point makes for fun encounters!

A very shallow dive. You can swim out almost 600 meters and it's still under 20 feet. A great place to go crabbing as the king crabs are huge here. Found some sand dollars and skates here. Time it for slack tide as you could get swept out.

Probably one of the most popular dive sites in BC. It's not rare to have 40-50 divers in the water on a given weekend in the summer. This makes it difficult for parking. Dive shop on location. Highlight is between flage 4-5 pm breakwater, a family of wolf eels at about 50 feet. Go with a diver who's been to help you lovate them. Very friendly wolfies.

Participated in the Earth Day Great Canadian Shore Cleanup. The Good news, this was one clean site underwater. 5 Divers, one single piece of junk found. The bad news, not much else down there. Great check out dive location for new divers but nothing new to see for experienced ones.
