There isn't ant local dive center near, so you must be taken to Mala by the dive centers of Arrecife, or any other place on the island. Usually yo reach a parking lot near the shore in a van, and then you have a short walk (50m) to to a rock stairs that lands you on a rock platform, when you equip and jump into the sea, or use the ladder.
