There isn't ant local dive center near, so you must be taken to Mala by the dive centers of Arrecife, or any other place on the island. Usually yo reach a parking lot near the shore in a van, and then you have a short walk (50m) to to a rock stairs that lands you on a rock platform, when you equip and jump into the sea, or use the ladder.
Charco del Palo offers a nice circular rocky cove, good swimming and shore diving. Walk to the cove, and go down the cliff to a rocky path then a ladder. The bottom consists of sand and rocky outcrops, including caves which can be entered. Angel sharks, rays and groupers are common. This is also the cove where the nudists swim... look out for mermaids ;-) Northeast side of Lanzarote, in Charco del Palo, near Mala city. The entrance is between Calle Orion and Calle Cefeo, not far from the nudist camp. Mala cove is also known as Charco del Palo.
