It is a beautiful Wall Divesite including a polish of a Glacier. The best Time for a Dive is Spring, Autumn and Wintertime.The Visibility will be about 5-15 Meters. In Summertime about 2-5 Meters. Attention Temporary Diving Forbidden. Walk from Fürberg in the opposite direction of the Fürberg Restaurant,past the barrier and walk for about 20 min until the death end. Go down to the lake and dive in left direction.

From the entrance to the right you reach a steep wall dropping to more than 100m. For experienced divers only! Shortly before the entrance to the tunnel "Sonnstein 1" there is a small parking lot on the left side. A stair leads to the lake. Traunsee Sonnstein is also known as Traunsee.

Starting slightly right you find a platform at about 12m (was used swimming some time ago). More to the right there are two more platforms at 10m and 5m (used for diving courses). Moving left from the first platform at 12m there are some branches and trees between 15 am 30m. On the eastern side of the lake at km 3.2 of the street. About 8 parking spaces on the lake side of the street. Access to the lake via some stairs. Noehmer is also known as Attersee.

13Grüner See
White sands and crystal clear turquoise green water. If there were no trouts one could mistake it with the caribbean. But only for a few seconds: +2°C cold melting water from the mountains! It's the f***** coldest ist can get on a freshwater dive. Visibility between 50 and 100m. When the water level is high it floods the surrounding meadows and the forest. You'll see trouts swimming above flowers. Cool spot!!! By car: drive from Bruck an der Mur to the north to Tragöß. Grüner See is also known as Green Lake.

RIVERDIVING with really strong current! Great fun! At the small village "Viecht" you will see a sunken house and lots of fish. At the Traun falls you can see a wonderful underwater lansdscape. But visibility isn't always great. You will easily find it if you drive from Gmunden at the Traun Lake direction Steyrermühl. Shortly after Steyrermühl you will reach Viecht - a small village. There you can enter the Traun river. Traun River Falls is also known as Viecht - Traun River Falls.
